India vs Australia three T-20 match series which will start on 7th October 2017 and ends on 13th October 2017.

Teams

India - 

Three changes Indian selectors made from the ODI team against Australia in the T20 series.

Ashish Nehra, Shikhar Dhawan and Wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik are selected for the three T-20 match series. Whereas Ajinkya Rahane the opener batsman and two fast bowlers Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Shami are dropped by the selectors for the T-20 series.

Australia -

Tim Paine, Moises Henriques, Daniel Christan, Andrew Tye and Jason Behrendroff are selected for the T-20 match series against India
James Faulkner, Peter Handscomb, Ashton Agar, Pat Cummins who are in ODI team for Australia are not selected for the T-20 series.
  • Tim Paine the wicketkeeper-batsman comes in the place of Mathew Wade for the T-20 series.  
  • Andrew Tye who did very well in the IPL season 10 for the Gujarat Lions and
  • Moises Henriques who is very good all-rounder of Australian team also played in IPL for Sunrisers Hyderabad got a chance in the three-match T-20 series.
  • Jason Behrendroff the fast bowler of 27 years old Left-arm seamer is going to make his debut in this T-20 series

Schedule

  • 1st T-20 will be played at Jharkhand States Cricket Stadium, Ranchi on 7th October (Saturday) at 07:00 pm.
  • 2nd T-20 will be played at Barasapra Cricket Stadium, Guwahati on 10th October (Tuesday)  at 07:00 pm.
  • 3rd T-20 will be played at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on 13 October (Friday) at 07:00 pm.
